You agree not to:

• Use Orbit for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities.

• Attempt to access or manipulate other users’ data or accounts.

• Use Orbit in connection with illegal transactions or blockchain activity that violates applicable laws or sanctions.

Intellectual property

All content and materials on Nova (including logos, design, and code) are owned by Nova or our licensors. You may not reuse or redistribute them without permission.

Limitation of liability

Orbit provides tools and insights to help users manage spending and subscriptions. Where blockchain wallet data is supported, Orbit provides a read-only interface and does not store or control your private keys, funds, or on-chain activity.

We are not responsible for any financial losses or decisions made based on insights from Orbit, whether related to fiat or digital assets. Use Orbit at your own discretion and risk.

Crypto and Wallets Disclaimer

Orbit may support connections to third-party blockchain wallets or display information related to digital assets (e.g. stablecoins).
Orbit does not custody or control user funds and does not facilitate token swaps, transfers, or trading.
Users are solely responsible for securing their private keys and understanding the risks associated with using blockchain networks.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use occasionally. Continued use of Orbit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
