VEED offers both monthly and annual plans, with annual plans charging upfront. If you subscribed through an app store, you won't see a cancel option in your VEED account — you'll need to cancel through the app store instead.
These steps work for most VEED users. Your exact process depends on how you originally subscribed.
Go to veed.io and log in with your email and password.
Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
In the sidebar, click Billing to view your subscription details and payment information.
Find the Cancel Subscription button and click it. You may be asked to provide feedback about your cancellation.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You should see an on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email.
A few things that might affect your VEED cancellation.
These details can affect your cancellation timing or whether it goes through properly.
Look at your credit card or bank statement. If you see charges from Apple or Google instead of VEED, you'll need to cancel through the app store.
You'll keep your paid features until your current billing period expires. Cancelling doesn't cut off access immediately.
Make sure to export and download any important videos while you still have paid access, as free accounts have export limitations.
If you're cancelling due to cost or limited usage, these options might work better than cancelling outright.
