Most Lose It! Premium subscriptions are purchased through mobile app stores (Apple or Google). If you subscribed this way, you won't see a cancel option in the Lose It! app — you'll need to cancel through your phone's subscription settings instead.

Cancel Your Lose It! Premium Subscription

These steps work if you subscribed directly through Lose It!. If you're billed through an app store, see the alternative methods section below.

Open the Lose It! app

Launch the Lose It! app on your phone or tablet and make sure you're logged into your account.

Go to Profile settings

Tap on your profile icon in the bottom right corner, then select Settings from the menu.

Find Premium subscription

Look for Manage Subscription or Premium in your settings menu and tap it.

Cancel subscription

Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts. You may be asked to provide feedback about why you're cancelling.

Confirm cancellation

Review your cancellation details and confirm. You should receive an email confirmation and your Premium access will continue until the end of your billing period.

A few things that might affect your Lose It! Premium cancellation.

Free version continues to work
After cancelling Premium, you can still use the free version of Lose It! with basic calorie tracking and weight logging features.
Premium data stays accessible
Your weight history, food logs, and progress photos remain available even after downgrading to the free version.
Annual plans renew automatically
If you have an annual Premium subscription, it will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
